  • Dress a Girl Project – McLennan Parish Community

    This project to make modest dresses to help vulnerable girls begins on Monday, March 13th at the Legion in McLennan, 1:00-3:00 pm. Volunteers are asked to bring all supplies and materials for sewing and cutting dresses. This project will continue every second Monday afterwards until the dresses are complete.

  • PPC Meeting – St. John the Baptist Parish, McLennan

    The Parish Pastoral Council of St. John the Baptist Cathedral in McLennan will met on Tuesday March 14th at 7:00 pm in the Conference Room in the old chancery building next to the cathedral.

  • Prayers for Healing – St. Joseph Church, Grande Prairie

    Thurs, March 16, following 7 pm Mass at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Grande Prairie. The Prayer Team prays for all types of healing: mental, physical, emotional, spiritual and even for someone not present through a proxy. Attend Mass and stay for prayer.

  • Labyrinth: A Walking Prayer Meditation – St. Joseph Church, Grande Prairie

    Saturday, March 18, 10 am - 12 noon and Wednesday, March 29, 1 - 3 pm. @ St. Joseph Catholic Church, Grande Prairie in the Tranquille Hall Join us for this spiritual exercise on one or both dates. Drop in (no registration). No cost, but a food bank donation would be most appreciated.

  • Lenten Mission – St. Peter Celestin, Slave Lake

    The Office of Evangelization and Catechesis will offer a Lenten Mission/Outreach program at St. Peter Celestin Church in Slave Lake on March 19th. The program will discuss the Three Pillars of Lent: Prayer, Fasting and Almsgiving. Please contact the parish or the OEC office for further details.
