RE: Camp St. Martin 2026

Dear Pastors, Parishioners and especially to our Youth,

It is after much discussion, discernment, and difficulty that a decision was reached to postpone Camp Saint Martin again this year, 2026. It had been our hope and desire to host a camp this coming August as was hosted in past years; however, we are unable to make this hope into a reality.

I will, at this time, make a call for any interested adult or persons who would interested in sitting on a planning committee to please submit their name, email contact or phone number. I admit that I was unable to give a planning committee the necessary time and effort needed this past year.

I am encouraged to know that the Youth Coordinator at St. Joseph Parish Grande Prairie is organizing a summer camp again this year. I believe there will be information sent to parishes and churches of the archdiocese in the near future.

Thank you for your understanding. Please pray for the future of Camp St. Martin.
