Christian Meditation Course – St. Joseph Church, Grande Prairie

Christian Meditation course to introduce interested newcomers to this form of prayer. Sundays until May 26, from 3 – 4 pm in the chapel and will run for 6 weeks. Meditation is central to the Christian experience and is deeply rooted in Christian tradition. It is a prayer of silence and listening, also known as contemplative prayer.
