DESCRIPTION:The Archdiocese’s Ash Wednesday Collection\, coming up on Wednesday\, Feb. 22nd\, will continue to raise money for healing and reconciliation programs in our region. \n\nThe Archdiocese of Grouard-McLennan has pledged to raise $165\,000 as part of the Indigenous Reconciliation Fund established by the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops. In order to meet our pledge\, the Ash Wednesday collection from 2022-2026 will be allocated to this fund. An independent committee is in place to select these healing and reconciliation programs and apply for funding. \n\n\n\nThank you for your generosity and support as we strive to move forward together as the Resurrected Body of Christ. You can also drop your Ash Wednesday donations in the Sunday collection with a marked envelope.
