  1. Appointed by the Bishop
  2. College of Consultors: 6-12 priests appointed by the Bishop from the Council of Priests for a 5 year term. Presbyteral Council: 50% appointed by the Bishop, 50% elected by the Presbyterium for no more than a 5 year term.
  3. Appointed by the Bishop for a 5 year term to prepare an annual Budget in accordance with the direction of the Bishop.
  4. Appointed by the Bishop in consultation with the College of Consultors and the Finance Committee for a 5 year term to administer the goods of the diocese in accordance with the Budget of the Finance Committee and to provide an accounting of income and expenditures to the Finance Committee at the end each year.
  5. All priests in the diocese.
